Fantastic Stay!

I appreciated the hotel's free drinks in the mini fridge , which they refilled daily. The 2 PM snacks in the lobby are great , I could take away, so useful. The staff were very lovely to me!
The carpet in my room seemed old and sticky.

The location is really good, with many restaurants nearby. the grand boulevard metro station is also very close. i found a complimentary soft drink mini bar in my room. It had nice snacks.
the tv in my room only had french channels, though i was told english was available.

I enjoyed the hotel's location, near grand boulevards metro station. staff helped quickly with both check-in and check-out, taking just minutes. our triple room was lovely. It split into two rooms and had two bathrooms (this was fantastic!). crisp white linen was on comfortable beds, and our second-floor room remained quiet throughout the stay.
the room did get a bit warm at night, even with the outside being cooler, since the ac was off for the season.

the hotel staff was consistently friendly and helpful (a real asset!). they promptly assisted with requests and offered warm greetings each day. i found them very professional.

our double room included complimentary water and soft drinks in the minibar, a nice touch. the room provided ample space and a comfortable bed, and i had no trouble relaxing after a day of sightseeing. it was very convenient.

the hotel's location allowed easy access to multiple metro stations, simplifying travel. it also was within walking distance of gare du nord station, roughly 1.5km (very manageable!). this strategic access made exploring the city very convenient.

The location was very convenient, especially with easy access to public transportation. The complimentary snacks and beverages in the lobby were a great bonus!
The room size was smaller than I anticipated. Space was limited. the TV offered primarily French channels, despite being told that English channels were available.

Acceptable Stay with Some Drawbacks

The breakfast was good. It included many options for me. The room was a good size. The beds was very comfortable. It ensured a good nights sleep with the blackout curtains.
The room was not very clean. It had carpeting that has not been renovated for ever with a lot of stains and dirt spots. The free open bar seemed like a joke. It only included soda, water and a juice.
